  • These terms and conditions shall apply to all offers by our company and to any distance agreement formed between us and you as a consumer.
  • Specific product conditions may apply for certain products. These product terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these general terms and conditions.
  • If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made under certain conditions, this shall be stated explicitly in the offer.
  • The offer is free of obligation. Pami nv has the right to change and modify the offer.
  • Our e-shop contains a description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a good assessment of the offer.
  • All images, specifications and data in the offer are indicative and may not result in compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
  • Images of products are a true representation of the products offered. Pami nv cannot guarantee that the colours shown exactly match the true colours of the products.
  • Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer shall not bind Pami nv.
  • Good advice is paramount to us. Therefore, we would like to invite you to visit our showroom or you can call or e-mail us for customised advice.
  • Offer is valid for deliveries within the Benelux. Other countries: on offer basis.


  • The agreement is formed at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and when the order is placed.
  • After you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We, or our carrier, will then contact you by telephone or e-mail to make an appointment for the delivery.
  • If you are not present at the agreed delivery address to receive the order at the agreed time, we are obliged to reschedule the delivery. In this case we will inform you of the extra costs resulting from this and charge them to your account.
  • We may determine - within the legal frameworks – whether you as a consumer are able to fulfil your payment obligations. If, on the basis of this investigation, we have good reasons not to enter into the agreement, we are entitled to refuse an order stating the reason why or to impose special conditions.
  • You will find all the information you require concerning your order on the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

If the delivered product does not fulfil your expectations, you can:

  • send back the product within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your payment within 14 days after we have received the returned product in good condition;
  • exchange the product for a new product within 30 days of receipt. For additional advice please visit our showroom or you can call or e-mail us.
  • During the cooling-off period the consumer should handle the product and packaging carefully. He shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary in order to determine whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his revocation right, he must return the product with all the accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions given by the entrepreneur.
  • A reduction in value as the result of handling the product in a manner other than described above shall be charged and deducted from the amount to be paid by us.
  • For the return of the product we must receive your return note including the invoice as quickly as possible, but in any event within 14 days after receipt of the product at We will confirm your request and process it as quickly as possible after receipt. On agreement we or our carrier will contact you for the receipt and/or collection of the product. The costs for collecting the product in the case of a return shall be for your account.
  • You will receive a refund (excluding the transport costs for collection) within 14 days after we have received the returned product.
  • To register the exchange of a product, please send us your exchange note including the invoice within 30 days after receipt of the product at . State clearly which product you would like to receive from us. If you have not selected a replacement product, we will be happy to advise you on the options available to you. As soon as the replacement product is definitive, we, or our carrier, will contact you to exchange the products at the delivery location. Any additional charge or reduction for the replacement product will be charged or refunded to your account. The costs must be paid within 30 days after the invoice date. You will receive any refund within 14 days after the exchange.


  • The prices of the products on offer shall remain valid during the period of validity stated in the offer.
  • Prices are shown VAT inclusive.
  • Any shipment or assembly costs shall be stated separately on the order summary. Delivery is always to the ground floor.
  • The offer on the e-shop is valid for deliveries within the Benelux. Other countries: on offer basis.

The products we offer are subject to and manufactured in accordance with the highest standards and quality requirements. The products comply with the current criteria for strength, stability and ergonomics. If, nevertheless, there is reason for a complaint regarding the quality, we provide the following product warranties;

  • 5-year warranty, calculated from the date of delivery, on all our office chairs;
  • 2-year warranty on all other products

This warranty covers all production faults and defective parts. Damage or defective parts caused by negligence or improper use are not covered by the warranty. In the case of a valid warranty claim, we will repair or replace the product in question free of charge at our discretion. If you have a warranty claim, please send an e-mail stating warranty claim to Try and describe the fault as clearly as possible and also send any photographs. We will aim to contact you then within 5 working days.


  • Offer is valid for deliveries within the Benelux. Other countries: on offer basis.
  • Any shipment or assembly costs are stated separately on the order summary.
  • Delivery is always to the ground floor.
  • After we have received the order, we will do our utmost to deliver the best possible product. The product will be delivered to the address stated on the order summary or that has been agreed as a result of the order with us or our carrier.
  • The delivery time is stated for each product on the product page. If this takes longer than we indicated, we will contact you as quickly as possible. In such case you are entitled to cancel the order and we will refund your payment within 14 days.
  • The risk of damage or loss of products lies with us until the moment of delivery.


  • You can pay easily via Bancontact (Mollie payment system), after which we start to process your order immediately.
  • You should report any error in the payment details to us immediately.
  • If we do not receive your payment in good time, then we will inform you of this and give you a reasonable period to fulfil the payment obligations. If we have not received the payment after this period, we will charge the statutory interest and extra-judicial collection expenses on the amount still outstanding.

  • All matters to which these general terms and conditions apply shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law.
  • In case of nullity of one or more provisions of these terms and conditions, parties shall be bound by regulations with a similar as possible meaning, which are not subject to nullity.
